Eligible families may receive SNAP, SSI, or TA or be at 150% Federal Poverty Level. You will be asked to present documentation and ID at the appointment.
Applications will be taken by phone. Appointments to pick up gift cards and distribution bags will be made the week of August 21, 2023. Have a paper and pen ready or phone calendar to note your scheduled pick up day and time.
