Income eligible Families with children age 2 to 18 (attending high school) are welcome to apply.
Eligibility requirements are: receiving SNAP, SSI, TA or earned income is below 150% FPL. Plan ahead and gather documents now. Make note of your appointment time and date and what documents you need to bring to the appointment.
